The role:

As Creative Content Designer you will support the Marketing & Communications Manager with the creation of their online and offline creative assets which will include the postproduction of their podcast and video content – using appropriate footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce creative content for their modern website and/or social media channels. There will also be an opportunity to support on some wider marketing activity over time, and given the marketing department is evolving, there is a huge amount of room to grow and develop.

This is a true creative role and you will collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that include brochures, leaflets, presentations, social media tiles, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials. You’ll also support on events and sponsorships by working with collateral suppliers to create branded merchandise.

You’ll develop concepts from the ground up and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery and layout & handle camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects to produce impactful video content.

Wads of experience is not essential on this one, but attitude and work ethic is key and what would be more than handy, is being able to create a range of creative assets that are clean, modern and engaging. Sector experience is unimportant, it really is about wanting an opportunity that you can develop and mould and offers serious opportunity to enhance your career.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the Group, this person should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a good grasp of branding and visual communications and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

A Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus as well as familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva). In essence, it will suit a creative heart who genuinely wants to use their imagination and grow in a role which has a wonderful long-term opportunity for career growth and personal development.
