Architectural REVIT Technician (Large consultancy)

Salary : £40000 – £48000/annum Hybrid working, 25 holidays, etc
Conrad Consulting are recruiting for a brand-new role in Manchester city centre. This role would be best suited to an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist with good REVIT experience.
Our client are a well-known, multi-disciplinary consultancy in central Manchester. They have offices dotted throughout the country and they employ over 100 Architectural professionals nationwide amongst specialists across various disciplines including: Project Management, Engineering, Cost Management and several others. Their Manchester-Architecture team is incredibly busy currently and they are looking for exceptional talent to join their ranks to work on new, exciting projects across a wide range of sectors.
Typically, projects you will encounter here fall within the Commercial, Residential, Education and Industrial sectors. They are happy to receive applications from experienced professionals with a wide range of practical experience. What they expect is a good level of REVIT proficiency alongside a strong base level of Technical knowledge.
We are expecting for Architectural Technologist applicants to meet [most of] the following criteria:
Good Technical design experience.
Significant experience working in an Architectural environment.
Revit proficiency.
BIM management; Dynamo & grasshopper would be advantageous.
Visualisation experience: Enscape, Lumion & Rhino.
Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal, presentation.
