My client, a leading company based within the Fashion sector, are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Job Function:

You will be responsible for taking ownership of processing customer enquiries, orders and repairs while continuously improving customer satisfaction and account management.

A key part of this role is to establish & develop excellent product and customer knowledge together with trading requirements that supports their brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

· Building relationships with and speaking to buyers /merchandisers of retail stores

· Dealing with queries from end users regarding the companies after-care service including repair issues, product information, availability of product, stockist location.

· Providing information relating to orders, repairs, stock situations, pricing, and product updates to your customers.

· Pro-active in approaching these customers with sales information in order to increase/ maximise selling potential.

· General Duties – Order processing and Invoicing, Stock updating, Administration duties including filing, photocopying.

Skills Required:

You will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Opera accounting system is desired, but not essential as training will be given.

You will need to have a positive and pro-active attitude to your work, be consciences, willing to assist in all areas and be a team player.
