We are delighted to be recruiting a Video & Audio Editor/Director for a scaling entertainment studio in London. Our client has seen a large level of success in a relatively short time, with over a million downloads of its most successful platform. There is so much scope for growth and they are currently expanding the quantity and diversity of content on the platform and building out the tools for user generated content.

Responsibilities:
As a Video & Audio Editor/Director, you will be responsible for bringing the product to life through compelling audio, video, and imagery. Your tasks will include:

Collaborating with Staff Writers to understand the audio/video/image assets required for each project.
Editing emotionally captivating audio and video sequences
Producing realistic and compelling sound design
Incorporating simple motion graphics as needed.
Organising and casting voice acting sessions.
Overseeing small shoots.
Creating impactful still images using AI Image Generation tools, stock images, and Photoshop
Exploring innovative ways to efficiently deliver content through AI video/audio tools and more. 
Requirements:

Creativity and a genuine passion for storytelling, spanning across non-fiction genres.
An excellent ear and eye for authenticity and realism
Experience crafting emotional and compelling edits.
Previous experience in directing actors.
Some sound design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
Knowledge of After Effects or Motion Graphics is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Driven, diligent, and proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
