Architect (Healthcare)

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £38000 – £42000/annum hybrid working

Architect's dreaming of a better build environment, we have the perfect new vacancy available in Manchester city centre for you.

We have partnered with a top-50 AJ100 studio with offices situated throughout the UK and a modern workspace in Manchester city centre. This studio is home to approximately 15 members of staff. They can offer guidance, mentorship and tutelage for those individuals looking to take the next step in their career. Senior Architects we have you covered too. There is the opportunity to assist with the management of the design team and to run your own medium/large-scale projects from the offset.

Typically, you will encounter a mixture of Residential, Health, Education and Commercial-focused projects. Currently there is a requirement for someone to primarily focus on Healthcare projects. This practice truly believes in enhancing the communities where their projects are based. They seek to work collaboratively within the immediate community and are very aware of sensitive locations that require additional care and consideration; this is wholly evidenced in their Architectural portfolio and completed projects to-date.

They are looking for 1, maybe even 2 new Architects to join the practice. We're hoping for applicants to display a high-level of creativity, flair and passion for good Architecture. Preferably a background in Healthcare sector projects would be the most suitable. We are also hopeful this candidate will be able to perform to a high level using REVIT software. Training can be provided in some instances.

We are offering the following to the successful Architect:

* Competitive salary – in the region of £40,000 (negotiable for a Senior candidate).

* Opportunity to work as part of a successful team on excellent projects.

* Healthcare sector experience is preferable.

* Flexible working hours. Hybrid working.

* Annual practice-wise and studio events across the UK.

* Active promotion of diversity in the workplace.

* Stable, long-term employment with a Gold standard Investor in People.
