Responsibilities:

Utilize strong knowledge in Revit and technical detailing to support the production of accurate and high-quality landscape designs.
Create comprehensive 3D models of landscape architectural elements, including hardscape, softscape, furniture, lighting, and more, to support various design stages within a BIM environment.
Collaborate on public realm projects, bringing your previous experience in this field to enhance the team's capabilities.
Produce drawing packages, including the preparation of plans, typical details, and schedules, ensuring adherence to project specifications and design intent.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:

Possess a solid foundation in Revit and demonstrate proficiency in the production of technical details.
Have prior experience working on public realm projects, showcasing your ability to contribute effectively to large-scale landscape initiatives.
Exhibit expertise in creating 3D models of landscape architectural elements within a BIM environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in producing drawing packages, including plans, typical details, and schedules, using industry best practices.
Possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
Show the ability to work independently, taking initiative and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
Remuneration:

£35,000- £45,000 or up to £30 per hour for contract work
