We are looking for a Creative Lead to join a busy in-house design and marketing team and lead the creative direction, production and delivery of marketing and brand collateral. As a conceptual Senior Graphic Designer, you will have experience of developing brands, and a wide range of design, specifically, brochures, POS, local marketing and events. The office is based in Raunds, and staff are currently flexible working, however, you must be prepared to work 5 days in the office. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary.

The Role
As Creative Lead, you will play a key role in the design team, supporting the growth of the brand proposition with innovative and distinctive creative solutions across multiple channels, and championing creative excellence and innovation with the wider business. You will report to the Design Manager and help mentor and inspire the studio artwork team, collaborating and sharing ideas and embracing the challenges of a fast-paced environment. As a commercially aware individual, you will consider the business objectives and customer needs, and effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders, partnering with brand consultants and the marketing team to collaboratively develop industry leading brand and marketing communications.
About You
You have at least 8 years industry experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio of concepts and design for a range of brand and marketing communication, that also demonstrates you are a strategic thinker. You have strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences at all levels. You consider yourself a forward-thinking Graphic Designer with exemplary communication skills, a critical eye for detail and an appetite for problem-solving. You have a strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail and are passionate about producing high-quality work. You have exceptional knowledge of Adobe Suite and AppleMac.
