Salary :

A Mid-Weight Interior Designer is required to join luxury residential developer based in Surrey on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the seniors on a multi-unit project in Central London. This is to start ASAP and work until March 2022.

The practice work on development projects in Prime and Super-Prime locations in London, with a growing portfolio of projects currently valued at approximately £70M. Having just signed off a 40-unit scheme in Central London, they are now looking for an experienced Mid Weight Interior Designer to join their team of 8 on a contract basis.

Role & Responsibilities

– Concept development
– Producing layout proposals and presentations
– FF&E
– Producing tender packages, joinery and specifications

Required Skills & Experience

– 3+ years' experience in luxury residential design
– Strong all-round abilities
– FF&E knowledge
– Proven experience working on residential projects from concept development through to completion
– Strong technical knowledge and skills. Must be able to produce all technical packages
– Experience using Vectorworks and Adobe Suite
