Salary: £28K-£30K

My client are a leading provider of Litho Print, and Packaging Solutions and are looking for an industry experienced Account Handler to join their expanding team.

The role:

* Proven ability to handle multiple customers and projects whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail

* Strong communication skills with both customers and suppliers

* Ability to build and maintain excellent client relations

* Understanding client briefs and being able to advise on possible amendments to improve the finished job or make cost savings

* Prepare accurate quotations including any external work that may be required

* Processing orders, agreeing production schedules with customers and producing accurate works instructions

* Keeping up to date with jobs through the Production process

* Raising of Purchase Orders for raw materials and to external suppliers

* Despatching and invoicing completed jobs

* Working knowledge of offset litho printing is essential and whilst experience within Packaging is preferred training will be provided if required

* Experience of using Shuttleworth MIS is ideal but not essential

* Working knowledge of Word & Excel
