Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum

Our client, a thriving architectural practice based in Nottingham, UK, are seeking a qualified architect to join a growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
– Co-ordinate with the design team, contractors, and consultants, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
– Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met.
– Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues.
– Ensure that all design work meets the necessary building regulations and standards.
– Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
– Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
– Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
– Attend site meetings and carry out site inspections, ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standards.

Requirements:

– Qualified architect with experience in project management and delivery.
– Proficient in Revit.
– Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
– Knowledge of building regulations and standards.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
