Conrad Consulting are working in Partnership with a leading, Multi-disciplinary Consultancy in Central Manchester to recruit a Senior Architect to join this company at an exciting time.
This international company have long established a reputation for designing and delivering inspiring concepts across a wide range of sectors. Traditionally this has included a mixture of Commercial (offices, etc) Education (Universities, Colleges), Residential (High-Rise, PRS) and Industrial projects. However, the pipeline of future projects is in no way limited to this area, therefore applicants from all sector background are encouraged to apply.
The Manchester office is currently home to around 70 staff and nationwide they employ over 50 qualified Architects. The Manchester studio is home to Project Managers, Engineers and surveyors alongside a busy Architecture/Design team. The successful candidate here will be working closely alongside the Associate Director to enhance and develop relationships with a local client base. This Senior Architect position would be best suited to a Qualified Architect working at Project Architect or Senior Architect level, with aspirations of working on large scale schemes both on a local and National scale.
We would hope the Senior Architect meets most, if not all of the following requirements:
ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect (Min 5 Years post Qualification experience).
Experience working across a wide range of project types – Commercial, Education, Residential, Industrial.
Proficient using AutoCAD and REVIT software.
To be Client-facing and job-running.
Able to present ideas coherently to internal/external teams.
Accompanying this exciting position is a highly competitive salary (£43,000-£50,000) and they do offer hybrid working.
