Interior Designer required to join a thriving, central Manchester Architecture & Design studio.
Conrad Consulting are proud to recruit on behalf of our client; a leading Design practice that employs over 50 members of staff including Architects, Technicians and an experienced team of Interior Designers. They have a variety of both senior and junior team members and are looking for support from a qualified Interior Designer with approximately 2-5 years experience working in a similar role.
Typically, the project work here will be within the Commercial, Office, Leisure, Education and industrial sectors but by no means are they limited to these areas. There will the opportunity to undertake senior, job-running responsibilities if it's appropriate or for more of a supportive role if that is more well-suited to your experience level. What is key for all applicants is a commitment to high quality design, hard work and a general enthusiasm, the rest could be tailored to the specific candidate through support from experienced colleagues across the practice.
The suitable Interior Designer candidate to fill this role would meet [most of] the following criteria:
* Degree Qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar.
* Minimum of 2 years practical experience. More experienced applicants can be considered.
* UK-based experience is essential.
* Good technical/software knowledge including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop. REVIT would be beneficial.
* Awareness of FF&E
* Ability to work within strict time/budget constraints.
