Conrad Consulting are working with an award winning Architectural Practice based in Market Harborough that require an Architect to assist in delivering an ever-expanding workload.
This medium-large sized practice focus heavily on high quality design, and although based in Leicestershire, they design and manage projects nationwide. A team of approximately 25, you will be joining a burgeoning team of Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, all working closely together to deliver award winning projects in multiple sectors and project types.
Projects are within the predominantly within the Healthcare and Residential sectors, however they also work on Commercial & Leisure projects valuing north of £20m. Experience within these sectors is therefore beneficial. Other requirements for this Architect role include:
Completed Part 1/2/3 qualifications
ARB registered / RIBA chartered (desirable)
Approximately 2 years of post qualification experience, preferably in a private practice environment
ArchiCAD knowledge advantageous
Creative Flair Strong and Design & Technical Abilities
Job Running Experience (desirable)
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Able to work within a team, offering leadership when required

Salary offered is between £34,000 – £38,000 dependant on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package.
