We are currently recruiting for our client who are specialists in lead generation. Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer & Web Developer to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, web development, and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites, blogs, logos, and brand materials. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure a consistent and engaging visual identity across all platforms.
THE ROLE
Design and develop visually appealing websites and blogs, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Create and maintain brand materials, including logos, icons, typography, and colour schemes.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging graphics and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Develop responsive design solutions that work across various devices and screen sizes.
Optimise website performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user interactions.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve the overall design and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating them into projects as appropriate.
Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design system libraries.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with ambition and drive.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Demonstrated ability to design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and applications.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools is a plus.
