Senior / Associate Architect

Salary : £43000 – £47000/annum
A unique opportunity has become available for a Senior / Associate level Architect to join the management team of Chartered Architectural Practice in Leeds.
You will be joining an established 10 strong Practice known nationally for their work within the Residential sector effectively operating as the number two in command.
Reporting to the Practice Director you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various Residential projects from RIBA stages 0-4, these vary in size and complexity and include volume housing, high end bespoke units, new build apartments and sensitive restorations.
Alongside overseeing planning and the technical delivery stages of projects required is someone who has previous management experience and is keen to be hands on in the day to day running of the business. You will be an experienced Project Architect (7-10 years ish) already operating at either Senior or Associate Architect level and have some experience of delivering large scale residential projects. Project Architects knocking on the door to become Senior who are technically proficient and have previous team leader / mentorship experience will also be considered.
REVIT is the primary software used in Practice but they also use AutoCAD for some of their smaller domestic projects, I knowledge of both would be ideal.
Once in post the there is potential for further career progression through to Director level, it is envisaged that within the next coupe of years the Practice will appoint or promote internally to further support the current Director.
You will join a Practice who are located in an attractive open plan office on the immediate outskirts of Leeds, culturally our client promote a positive working ethos and have fun in the process.
Salary depending on experience and suitability £43,000 – £47,000 per annum + excellent benefits.
