Manufactured in our own facility in West London, our products are available in over 40 countries in selective channels, from department stores, beauty stores, pharmacies and online retailers, to clinics and luxury spas.

Job Purpose Summary

You will work across a broad and varied remit including packaging briefs, print collaterals and digital assets as well as technical artworks and guidelines where creativity, consistency and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Packaging

* Be the product design guardian ensuring brand guidelines are met when creating a new product.

* Update artworks as required to reflect formula, packaging or regulatory changes.

* Deliver timely and accurate files to help manage the artwork process efficiently.

Campaigns

* Work closely with the Marketing team to create compelling in-store and digital campaigns including all variants such as POS displays, window decals, homepages, emails, presentation templates, …

* Working as part of the marketing team researching and developing concepts across multiple projects, creating bodies of work for internal and external approvals and creative discussion.

* Liaise with suppliers on quotes, timings to ultimately deliver the best quality within our time and cost frames.

VM

* With the marketing input, support retail and distributor partners with planograms.

* Design VM guidelines for windows and in store execution.

Skills

* Relevant experience in graphic and creative design either in agency or in-house.

* Background in beauty / cosmetics / wellness / health is preferable.

* Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

* Good understanding and experience of print and packaging processes.

* Knowledge of video editing and planogram software (like IWD) is a plus.

* Familiar with Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / YouTube platforms.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
