Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

As Design & Communications Coordinator, you will support the Communications team with the effective promotion of a consistent Apleona brand, as well as manage the London office front desk on an ad hoc basis, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

As part of this role, some of the duties will involve:

* Working with the communications team to create, design and write required material, including company magazine, brochures, posters and internal communications, within the Apleona format requirements and to set deadlines

* Maintaining and administering the company website including overseeing content input and other material as required

* Providing conceptual and actual creative designs for the Apleona business, utilising Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite other appropriate graphical presentation software

* Producing engaging, relevant and fresh visual content to support Apleona messaging via social media channels

* Support the Managers in various projects when required

* Managing and supporting the reception, deal with calls and support in booking rooms etc for onsite meetings

* Ordering weekly stationery for office through our purchase order process

Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

* A degree in the Creative Arts, or similar qualification to degree standard

* Experience in developing presentations in Powerpoint and interactive pdf

* Knowledge and experience in working in the Adobe Suite – Photoshop and InDesign

* Experience in editorial design (desriable)

* Experience in Photography and Photo editing (desriable)

* Ability to translate words and ideas into infographics

* Ability to learn and develop within a fast paced business department

* Knowledge of developing brand principles and logotypes

* Experience of reception or front-of-house

* Experience of office administration

* Excellent verbal and written skills

We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. The salary for the role is up to £28,000.00 and you will work 37.5 hours per week. You will have access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
