Well established in the industry, this family owned exhibition design agency are recognised for delivering the highest quality work for their clients across a range of sectors from; aerospace to defence, pharmaceutical and energy.  Working from bespoke stands ranging from 15sqm to over 1000sqm they provide not only exhibition stands but also temporary structures, conferences and experiential events for an impressive client list that stretches across the globe.
 
Due to continued growth they are now on the look out for a CAD Designer to deliver detailed designs of their custom build projects from their Midlands based office.
 
THE ROLE
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a CAD Designer (events & exhibitions) to work with a talented team on hugely creative and innovative projects! As a CAD Designer you will support the wider team from concept to final execution ensuring quality is maintained at every step including:

Supporting the team with project designs and specifications 
Hands on CAD design work 
Produce and revise layouts, design and finishes on drawings
Prepare technical drawings for tender stage and construction
Working with the rest of the business to encourage innovative designs
Working as part of the wider team to ensure projects are delivered to spec and on time
Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy and precision
Clear and concise communication skills 
THE CANDIDATE
 
The ideal candidate will have an impressive exhibition stand design portfolio and have experience working within a similar agency or design studio.
 
Proficiency with Vector-Works and other relevant design software is essential, along with an innovative streak as you’ll be directly involved from initial brief right through to delivery.
