Working Hours – 4 Day Compressed Week, 6am – 4pm

The Welder / Fabricator role:
As Welder / Fabricator, you will be fabricating and welding to the company requirements within specified tolerances in Stainless Steel and Bronze.
Working on individual Jobs in a team of Six, you will be responsible for the complete fabrication covering all of David Harbers classic, custom and bespoke work. This will include welding, grinding, graining, cutting and drilling. You will fabricate each job from start to finish, ensuring it meets the strict quality standards, from interpretation of the drawing to preparation, and build.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manual handling
+ TIG Welding
+ Drilling and Tapping
+ Working with hand tools
+ Drawings interpretation
+ Also able to work without drawings
+ Ensure key dates and deadlines are meet
To complete the above responsibilities, we are looking for someone who has:
+ A track record of welding experience
+ Broad knowledge of the engineering industry
+ Both fabrication and welding skill sets, including cutting, marking up, squaring off, bending etc.
+ Good organisational skills
+ Good attention to detail
+ Good fabrication skills
+ Quick learner and able to follow process sheets and complete necessary paperwork
+ Self-motivated person
+ Able to work on your own and as part of a team
