Our client is led by a great team of innovative people who are using 'out of the box ideas' to create and deliver both on and off-line campaigns to a variety of sectors.
We are on the lookout for a driven, passionate and determined Designer to join an existing team.
This 'Designer' will be working alongside the Creative Head to deliver larger projects, new business and pitches when they arise, but mainly working day to day on a portfolio of your own clients.
There are 2 positions available so we are open to applications form Marketing Graduates, through to seasoned Designers
Main Responsibilities of the 'Designer' positions:
– Produce a wide range of design material including print, digital, website and more.
– Managing your own portfolio of client's projects.
– Interpreting and developing brand guidelines, from corporate guidelines to brand style of websites and existing materials alongside a basic brand card.
– Able to demonstrate 'blank page' conceptual design thinking.
– Working across a wide range of media such as Creative Suite, PowerPoint, animation storyboards, CMS design & WordPress.
– Owning projects from start to completion.
– Working closely with artworkers and developers to deliver the design visions.
Experience and Skills required for the 'Designer' roles:
– At least 1 years' experience working within a similar design position.
– Strong experience with the Adobe suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
– You will be confident dealing with clients and at ease with pitching concepts and discussing strategy.
– Your expertise will cover a multitude of design disciplines including, branding, layout and desktop publishing.
– Willingness to broaden your skill base and grow with the company.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
