Brookwood are partnered with a global design studio who are looking for a passionate Senior Urban Designer to join their studio in London. They specialise in large-scale creative neighbourhood and masterplans, mixed use and regeneration projects in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate for this position will have high skilled at developing, managing, and coordinating large-scale projects. Responsibilities:

Management of the studio project design team
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants
Graphic Communication
Work Independently as well as collaboratively
Document project requirements clearly
Mentor and advise urban design assistants when appropriate
Produce design and technical drawings
Produce reports, models, and presentation material
Assist with urban design bids, tenders, and competitions.
About the Candidate:

Urban design or architecture qualification and four to six years related experience
Professional qualification in Architecture or Urban design
Strong analytical skills (visual perception, document review and data gathering and analysis)
The ability to convey and/or illustrate new ideas both independently and in collaboration
The ability to create programs, work to deadlines and manage budgets
Proficiency in various production platforms and tools to support graphic production including 3D modelling software: 
Strong knowledge and passion for sustainability
AutoCAD and Rhino or SketchUp
Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
(Expertise in Autodesk Revit is beneficial)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (verbal, freehand sketching, and presentation), including fluent spoken and written English
