MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
 Responsible for the development and maintenance of medical device
labelling by coordinating across Dundee site functions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Creates and modifies labelling for product labels, cartons and other related materials ensuring that they meet all medical, legal and regulatory requirements for medical devices following the established design format, labelling style guidelines and branding guidelines.
 Functional representative on a cross-functional teams in taking labelling content and translating it into functional label layouts utilizing labelling software. Provides direction on label content and processrequirements to cross-functional members. May lead strategic labelling sub-teams (e.g. acquisitions, manufacturing transfers, global labelling requirement changes, etc.). May work on both commercialized and new product labelling projects.
 Works cross-functionally to drive consistency across labelling project materials, designs and application of requirements to meet project objectives.
 Creates and manages labelling change requests within the specified document management system.
 Manages multiple concurrent deadlines.
 May identify and lead the implementation of packaging/labelling process improvement projects.
 Communicates effectively and reports on status versus assigned schedule/deadlines for projects assigned
 Owns and develops department level procedures and work instructions.
 Supports all initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
 Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
 Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
 Working with translated files requiring update.

BASE REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor Degree Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or similar field.
 Relevant experience within a regulated industry preferred.

BACKGROUND
 Working with product labelling, design dossiers, quality systems and/or regulatory labelling.
 Experience developing artwork and graphics for FDA regulated medical products and creation and management of change requests in an electronic environment.
 Knowledge required in operating and supporting database driven production labelling software (examples as EasyLabel, BarTender, NiceLabel or other related software).
 Capability to utilize computer-aided design equipment and/or graphic tools (examples as InDesign, CAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Framemaker). Experience initiating electronic change requests and
completing associated implementation tasks utilizing PLM systems, Agile or other related software. Familiarity of enterprise level ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards or similar software.
 Ability to schedule and organize multiple projects.
 Requires excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
