A new Interior Design job is available in SW London, offering the opportunity to work on luxury residential and commercial projects. This is the perfect vacancy for an experienced designer within the high-end sector looking to work on international projects from initial concept through to installation. Salary ranging from £40,000 – £50,000 fully dependent on experience.

This team of 20 has grown from strength to strength in the past five years, developing an incredible portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects in the UK and overseas. They are currently looking for an energetic and self-motivated Mid/Senior Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work on exceptional projects and will have the opportunity and support to develop within the company.

Role & Responsibilities

– Working on national and international projects from initial brief through to installation
– Producing/assisting on concepts and design presentations for both clients and contractors
– Working on all FF&E stages
– Interior architecture including space planning, technical drawings, bespoke joinery etc
– Creating detailed specifications and budgets
– Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Required Skills & Experience

– 4+ years' experience working on luxury residential and commercial/hospitality projects
– Strong skills in concept development, space planning and FF&E
– Experience producing detailed drawings, schedules and specifications
– Ability to read, understand and correct technical drawings along with strong drawing skills
– Impeccable client facing abilities and experience
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. Sketch Up a bonus
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English both written and spoken.
