Our Client has some exciting, ambitious and big plans for 2023, as part of their rapid growth they’re looking for a talented Bid Coordinator with Design skills to help them define, drive and deliver their world-changing technology and services.
As the Bid Co-ordinator and Designer you will be based out of their lovely offices in Stratford, London. Your role will be to organise and create time-sensitive and visually compelling tender documents, customer proposals and marketing assets.
The Bid Coordinator & Designer will lead the design and development of highly creative proposals, presentation documentation, white papers, reports and marketing assets. You will Introduce and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes, deliver high levels of attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
Work as an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure all customer facing documentation and assets are of the highest visual impact and meet our brand guidelines.
About the successful Bid Coordinator:
* Experience in the production of proposal documents and general assets for use both in electronic and hard copy materials.
* The ability to work with subject matter experts to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling graphical representations.
* Confident working with a range of software and design tools to create graphical output that can be incorporated in tender documents and accompanying materials such as digital assets, brochures, websites, event material and other assets as specified.
* Qualifications in a Creative / Artistic Discipline with desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign and Microsoft Office.
* Have a passion for sustainability in professional and personal life.
* Understand or be willing to learn about the drivers, challenges and solutions relating to climate change.
* Work at pace, whilst maintaining great attention to detail.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships internally and externally.
* Have good IT literacy, including good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Package:
£35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Five weeks holiday
Hours of work are 09:00-17:00
