FP&A Lead
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum
Robert Walters is excited to be recruiting a FP&A Lead to join one of the UK's leading fashion retailers located in Greater Manchester. Due to the rapid growth of the business, this new vacancy is offering a competitive salary to join a thriving and diverse team.
You will be reporting to the Group Finance Director who will support you in both your personal and professional growth. In return you will be responsible for the financial reporting for a dynamic and evolving multi-million-pound turnover business as well the production and development of financial forecasts and financial models.
The Role
In supporting the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
Taking the lead on development and preparation of all financial forecasts, budgets, cash flow and modelling
Designing and building financial models to be implemented throughout the business
Implementing processes to facilitate regular analytical reviews including cost analysis, forecasts and year on year comparisons
Advising on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business/product decisions
Developing and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behaviour and decision making
Preparing presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFOThe Candidate
You will be/have:
A fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Previous experience working with financial modelling
Strong presentation skills and able to represent complex data in a simplified, concise manner
