Our period of growth makes this a rare and exciting opportunity for an innovative and multi-disciplined Designer to join our expanding marketing team, to shape the visual representation of our brand.

As a highly experienced and inspiring designer, you will create seamless, engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of online & offline channels, to attain our core marketing goals.

This role will be significant in shaping all visual aspects of the Elevation brand and our 8 core divisions, through social media posts and campaigns, paid advertisements, website design, presentations, corporate collateral, commercial proposals, internal communications, email campaigns and event material.

The right person will be passionate about Graphic Design, remain at the forefront of new design trends and have a strong ability to translate briefs into versatile designs that communicate a powerful message.

Being a part of the marketing team at Elevation means you will primarily support our internal recruiters in attracting candidates and acquiring new clients, whilst enhancing Elevation's brand positioning.

This role requires a proactive and motivated designer that has exceptional project and time management skills to comfortably adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Skills:

* Degree in design or another related creative field
* Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design and conceptual thinking and creative execution
* Experience in working with a brand and associate guidelines but with a demonstrated ability in stretching and developing existing creative executions
* Experience in developing GIFs, video production, editing, animations and motion graphics
* Proven experience of Adobe CC suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and associated prototyping tools
* Experience in all modern graphic design mediums and their uses: digital, social media and print
* Experience in developing interactive digital content
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in designing email campaigns through platforms such as, Mail Chimp
