This is an exciting opportunity to join a global events organization in the renewable and sustainable energy sector as their lead Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will join a small dynamic team (circa 40 employees) as the sole Graphic Designer managing digital and print design for all company activities and their key events.

Salary:  Competitive + benefits  

Basis:    Permanent, full-time  

Hybrid: 2 days office based in London SE11, remainder remote working

The successful Graphic Designer will carry out tasks including:

Act as sole designer for digital and print designs within a small In-house marketing team, working also with external agencies as required.
Create or edit digital event brochures, logos, print designs, reports, banners, and event signage including work with external agencies as required.
Utilising your skills in illustrative design, typography, digital and print across all marketing channels.
Support with ongoing development of the brand.

Build and maintain a library of materials, templates and manage the regular process of refreshing and updating design following brand guidelines.
The successful Graphic Designer will ideally have the following skills & experience:

Circa minimum 2 years of relevant digital and print design experience
Degree in Graphic Design preferred – Not essential
Typography, illustrative, digital & print design skills
Skills in managing designs for brochures, reports, email, social, web, and ideally event collateral such as roller banners and print signage.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively manage design projects working in collaboration with internal team members and external agencies.
Prior experience in design working on events or exhibitions will be an advantage.
