As the Senior Designer, you will be required to lead, research, present and produce high standard concept designs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Line manage creative designers
* Making visual mock ups of new packaging designs
* Creating designs and style guides for use with packaging, and products
* Art working designs and prepping files to send to printers/suppliers
* Manage workflow into the design team to ensure that high quality work is maintained
* Take ownership of projects from idea conception to artwork delivery
* Design of presentations for internal teams and new business pitches
* Maintain brand consistency across all brands
* Attend internal and external meetings with colleagues and customers to present trends and ideas
* Assist the Product Development Managers with artwork approvals
Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience working within a creative design role
* Able to work towards branding guidelines and style guides
* Ideally experience within a tangible product based business
