Salary : £30000 – £38000/annum

A great opportunity has arisen with a leading Facilities management provider to work on some great upcoming projects for the future. They are looking for an Assistant Bid manager who would be responsible solely for design and creativity of the bids.

The role:
Assistant Bidding Manager designs and manages the production of smart, visually engaging, compelling, consistent, client-focused, error-free bids. Responsibilities will cover all bid-related documents, presentations, and associated templates.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Bidding Manager on each opportunity and lead the design element of bids
Set the overall design of a bid ensuring to create a ‘look and feel’ that is client-focused and market-current
Lead on the creation of graphics to support our bids
Lead on the creation of document templates
Assist in the development of bid design briefs
Advise the bid team on how best to present content within documents
Project manage the design and production of bid material

Skills and qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Understanding of branding
Strong organisational and project management skills
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
Degree in a relevant discipline or evidence of relevant work experience
