If you answered yes to all of the above then Possibl have the role for you. We are proud to be working with a expert scientific organisation looking to expand their digital learning team. The role is a hybrid position based 2 days per week in Worcester and 3 days from home.

The role is primarily to drive the design and development of the company’s training programmes. Whilst managing the team you will also be required to remain hands on at times. You will also be heavily involved in the strategy of the creation of blended learning.

Responsibilities:

Develop the training strategy for the team
Plan and arrange all training course
Be hands on in creation of content as and when required
Ensure that all resources are relevant to the user, as well as making sure the LMS and all records are accurately maintained
Seek feedback from users, keeping learner satisfaction high, using this feedback to improve future content
Relay training ROI to senior stakeholders
Responsibility for the team, their day-to-day activities and growth in their roles
Upskill the team using your own knowledge and expertise
Stay up to date with upcoming trends and technologies ensuring the team is also kept informed and updated
Deliver training sessions for your team
Create a calendar of training
Liaise with SME’s to ensure content being developed is completely accurate
Experience and attributes required:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a digital learning team
Knowledge, understanding and management of any LMS System
Previous experience in design and or development of elearning content
Experience being a key stakeholder in an organisation
Expert with eLearning authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premier Pro and Illustrator
Outstanding knowledge of learning theory and development practices
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Top rate written and verbal communication skills
Hands on management style
