Key Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with all people teams, product, creative, finance and customer service to consolidate key challenges
Build key action plans to overcome productivity and efficiency at each hurdle
Set clear plans, goals, objectives around each action
Explain and onboard each project into the business model with the support of the CFO and CEO
Manage the day to day tasks around the implementation of new frameworks, systems, processes or general ways of working
Listen to all teams for feedback, whilst creating fair and clear objectives from this
Build and roll out training and communication around new processes or projects going on within different areas of the business
Recommend and source new softwares and systems for the business to integrate
You will be experienced with API
Linked to other companies, shareholders & agencies that can be onboarded to execute your plans
You will have worked within a ecom business previously
You will be IT, Software & Excel savvy
Have rolled out systems or automated user experiences previously
Been a super user or tester for a pureplay business Benefits:
