Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum

Grimshaw Services is currently seeking an experienced bid coordinator to support the practice’s business development and bidding team. Working as part of a bidding team of four, the role’s main responsibilities includes managing the production of bid responses and content of the highest standard: delivering accurate, timely and engaging proposals that enable the practice to win work. This role will be a fixed term to assist the team during a period of parental leave.

This is an exciting opportunity, located in their London studio and working with design teams across the practice, demanding an individual that is passionate about developing compelling, winning proposals, incisive with data, and avid collator of information, as well as adept at comprehending current market trends and client needs within the design and construction industry. Experienced in working with knowledge databases, and expertise at collating and presenting information effectively, the ideal candidate will also have the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within multiple teams.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* Demonstrable experience and understanding of the architectural bid management process

* Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach

* Good MS office skills including advanced MS Word and intermediate PowerPoint

* Good working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop packages

* APMP certfication or accreditation is desirable
