CV Screen is recruiting for a Social Media Creative Manager who will join a highly successful and innovative digital creative agency based in the heart of London.

This Social Media Creative Manager role will suit someone from a brand or agency background with experience in social creative development, direct response copywriting, and storytelling.

Working closely with the head of production and account manager, you will interpret customer briefs and performance goals, use this information to scope out unique angles for them to position themselves, and work with the production team to bring these ideas alive within exciting social and display creative ad formats. You will have some understanding of data and social performance KPIs and use them as the basis for your creative ideation and adaptation. This role is the perfect mixture of logic and magic.

 A salary of up to £55,000 plus bonus is offered DOE.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Onboard and lead client discovery sessions to understand their brand positioning, USPs, and performance goals.
Undertake research and Identify insights, and opportunities that can be used to drive project success
Create strong creative concepts and briefs that can be fit for purpose and adapted across channels including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, and email marketing.
Help research and train the team on the latest trends and best creative practices for each channel.
Present both at the new business and project delivery stage.
Develop and implement creative processes, best practices templates, and winning copywriting formulas.
Mediate between the needs of their customers, creative, and performance team.
Plan, manage timelines, and set expectations with their customers.
Interpret key performance metrics and with help of the performance team, wrap up findings into a report including a plan for creative outputs
COMPANY DETAILS:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital creative strategist to join a passionate team who currently works with a wide range of clients of all shapes and sizes and will be helping them to deliver a multitude of exciting digital creative solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

3+ years of experience as a creative within a brand or agency setting
Passionate about design and the creative process
Good understanding of platforms like Adobe creative suite, Google products, Canva, and Asana.
Strong experience in working with video assets including video editing and composition for digital channels.
Knowledge of the different creative ad formats across FB, IG, Tiktok, and Youtube
Strong analytic, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
Excellent English with the confidence to present your ideas internally and to clients
Experience in growing your personal brand or the brand of a customer across social media channels would be preferred
Imagination and ability to come up with original, creative ideas 
SALARY:

Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
