We have a fantastic opportunity for a conceptual Midweight or Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in a lovely creative agency in Warwickshire. There is a broad scope of design with a strong emphasis on digital, including branding, web design, storyboards for video and animation, and social media campaigns. This role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working 3 days office, 2 from home, onsite parking, salary £35k to £45k depending on experience.

Our client is a well-established creative agency with a family feel and a passionate and collaborative approach to work. They work across a multitude of sectors with some amazing brands, spanning from quirky finance companies to global energy brands, and from the education sector to the aesthetics world.
The Role
As Midweight or Senior Graphic Designer, you will work with the Creative Director in a collaborative team including a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, and Creative Artworker. You will enjoy working across branding and brand collateral roll-out, social media campaigns and storyboards for video and animation, you will come up with the concepts, design and source additional resource as required, such as Copywriters. You will be able to deal with clients directly, manage your own projects, and offer mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the team.
About You
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ experience from a creative, marketing or digital agency. You have a huge passion for graphic design and love coming up with ideas and designing across multiple channels. You may not have experience across all marketing and digital channels or design software, however, you are willing to learn. You enjoy being part of a friendly creative team, happy to get stuck in and embrace new projects.
