A leading strategic branding and design agency who have been established for over 28 years are now looking for the next member of their growing team! This agency specialises in creating branding and packaging design solutions, from food and beverages to home and personal care.
The role-
To lead, manage and take responsibility for key client relationships ensuring that all projects are run efficiently, delivering quality creative solutions that are on time and budget whilst continuing to build stronger and more effective client partnerships.
Responsibilities-
Ensure inspiring creative briefings, give strong input into briefings and direction of creative product
Set and manage client expectations in order to always meet and preferably exceed their expectations by delivering a high level of service across projects
Build and foster superb long-standing proactive client relationships that are based on more than solid, good project management
Pre-empt client needs
Manage issues for the client, identify potential challenges
Consistently add value to projects and client business
Understand and start adding value strategically to clients on a project basis
Maximise profit and revenue across client portfolio
Foster full team involvement and ownership throughout projects (creative, client service, artwork)
Requirements-
Experience in the branding and packaging design industry (but would also consider applicants from a marketing or advertising background)
Previous experience in an account director position
Good commercial acumen
Experience of management
Experience of being the key contact for clients
Able to push the boundaries
Excellent communicator
Organised, great attention to detail
Ambitious
