Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum bonus

Account Manager – Up to £35k plus bonus – Remote working (London office – occasional visits)

Experience working with hospitality or retail clients is desirable for this role

Working with some of the biggest names in hospitality, leisure and retail to help them get their in-house music on-brand this company have created a new role for an Account Manager to join them. This will be a remote role with occasional visits to the London based office.

The Account Manager will work as a bridge between the Sales & Marketing Teams and the client. You will ensure the smooth onboarding of customers and provide a first-class customer service and retention service.

Account Manager role responsibilities:

Successfully maintain the client base, via retention and ascension against agreed annual targets.
Ensure all customer contracts are up to date, renewal dates are flagged in advance, and all renewals are completed/renegotiated by the due dates.
Help the Marketing team generate “social proof” PR and digital content through client endorsements/engagement.
Work with all other teams (Music, Production, Sales and Finance) to ensure all account activity is co-ordinated and reinforces retention and ascension.
Skills/experience required

Educated to degree level or significant relevant work experience
B2B Account Management experience
Experience working with the hositpality or retail industry
Experience selling web based or mobile technology (nice to have)
Experience working in the digital music marketplace (nice to have)
Contract negotiation experience
Project management skills would be beneficial
Good planning and organisational skills
An interest in music would be beneficial
A hands-on team player
