Salary : £40000 – £55000/annum

I am working with one of the UK's leading design-based Architectural Practises. A top 10 AJ100 who have won numerous awards, they are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.

As a company, they have a reputation for their responsive approach to design, which considers cultural and social context, working across a range of sectors, from commercial to transport, healthcare to urban masterplans. This role will be based in their Specialist Design Studio in Dublin, Ireland.

For this role you will be reporting to the London BIM Manager, acting as the main point of contact between the London BIM team and the Dublin Studio. As a new team in its infancy, this role offers lots of room for progression and growth!

As a BIM Coordinator in Dublin your role will require you to lead BIM kick-off meetings with the Design Team, manage information exchange protocols and deliverables, and initiate and maintain projects in accordance with ISO19650 standards. You will be an active member of the BIM Steering Group, offering suggestions towards innovation in the Studio and best-practice workflows.

For this BIM Coordinator role, you will need the following:

A degree in Architectural design technology, or similar related, with at least 3 yrs experience as a BIM Coordinator
Experience of generating information throughout all RIBA within Revit software, working on projects of varying sizes and scales
Experience of generating information throughout all RIBA within Revit software
