Our client, situated in the Mobile Games industry is now ready for the next stage of its growth by hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer. This is a new role in the business so will require a self-starter, somebody who has previous commercial experience in a UI/UX role, and somebody who is keen to grow with a company.

The business is a start-up now entering the scale-up phase, and are wanting to continue this journey with a fantastic team.

The role:

As the UI/UX Designer in the business, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the designs, ensuring all meet the highest standards. In addition to this, you will assist with UI changes across all formats.

Research will be a big part of your role, ensuring that the UI and UX within the studio working and report correctly on findings.

With the business's impressive growth, and this being the position within the UI / UX division, there is huge room for progression and maximum ownership.

You will need:

Minimum of 3 years experience within a UI / UX focussed role.
Experience developing a cross-platform mobile application within a mobile games environment.
A strong understanding of scaling environments
Interested in the way software is used and how each individual utilises it.
Strong background in Graphic design and Typography.
Understand branding and tone.
A positive can-do attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional knowledge of the following would be a strong benefit:

The development process.

Knowledge of Unity, specifically the UI pipeline.

Use of Figma or other UX design software.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is up to £50,000 for the right candidate. In addition to this, you will be provided with an incredible work set-up, pension, and company share options.

Remote Working:

Our client is a 100% remote-based company, they have no central office so the ability to work remotely and continuously motivated and committed is essential.
