Reports To: Head of Design & Development, you will be assisting with all Production Administration

Title: Production Administrator

The brand continues to be beloved by those including: Cindy Crawford, Elle Macpherson, Christie Brinkley, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and the Kardashians to name but a few. The collections are sold through her online stores which ship globally and two flagship boutiques in London, located in Notting Hill and Chelsea that offer clients a complete experience of the luxury brand. Additionally, Melissa Odabash is distributed internationally in over 50 countries and throughout 500 luxury department stores, boutiques and resorts.

We are looking for a motivated team player who is highly organised and will thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our production team.

Key responsibilities:

Regular liaising with internal departments within the business to communicate production requirements
Daily communication with international suppliers.
Creating purchase orders in Excel
Chasing and reviewing order confirmations
Chasing and reviewing packing listsData input / Data processing / Data Analysing

Chasing and reviewing delivery dates for all production orders
PO tracking and management; following orders from PO to warehouse
Regular and effective communication with direct team on updates and issues
General admin support to the production team This is a heavily admin-based role, requiring basic to intermediate skills in Excel, and therefore the candidate must be able to:

Filter information
Hide information
Use keyboard Shortcuts
Sort Data
Format Cells
Manage Worksheets/ multiple tabs
Accurately input data
Know Excel Functions,
Create basic formulas
Use sums
Create conditional formatting
Use count
Work with pivot tables
The ideal candidate should be:

Team playing
Have some previous experience in a similar role
Basic to intermediate level in Excel
Excellent communicator
Ability to multi-task.
Highly organised with a flawless attention to detail

Able to prioritise tasks
