Junior Graphic Designer

Our client, a rapidly growing retailer, are looking to support their creative team with the addition of a Junior Graphic Designer to help fuel expansion.

The Company

For their chosen sport, our client is the number one eCommerce Superstore in the UK for sporting products and equipment. Stocking and supplying over 13,000 products and selling to both consumer and trade in the UK, and Internationally to over 100 different countries around the world.

They are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who has a well-rounded understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite who can integrate well into the existing design team. Assisting in the production of a portfolio of projects ranging from digital marketing material, social advertising and e-commerce projects within brand guidelines.

Working closely with the Product, Commercial and Marketing teams you will be a part of all design projects from end to end, successfully developing designs, assets and working to project deadlines. You will work within a team comprising of a graphic design lead, two graphic designers and a photographer

The Role:

*Design and produce visual content across all sales channels
*Experience of creating commercial banners, social posts and other sales assets
*Designing artwork for marketing campaigns across website, email and social media.
*Evidence of working to set briefs and deadlines
*Values organisation and structure
*Multitasking and working across multiple projects at any given time
*A good level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

The candidate:

*Prior experience in a graphic design role or a strong evidence-based portfolio
*Self-motivated individual with an orientation towards team collaboration
*Attention to detail and creative mindset
*Excellent time management skills
*Eagerness to learn and a hunger for eye catching design
*Boundless enthusiasm and positivity, for both the mundane tasks and the big opportunities
