If you’re a Designer who has just kicked off in your design career and are looking for an exciting, fast-moving agency that has tonnes of opportunity to grow your skillset and work on some cool projects, then look no further! This Junior Designer role will see you working with big brands across F&B, ecommerce, tech, fashion and more. The agency has recently picked up huge clients like Lamborghini, The Side Men, German Donner Kebab and other major brands. This is a forward-thinking agency with a digital focus, venturing into new and exciting spaces like NFT’s and Metaverse, as well as some of your more traditional brands.
The agency owns multiple studios which each operate within their own expertise and markets. You will be supporting each, keeping your work diverse and interesting.
About the Role
The role demands an ambitious, creative designer with a focus on digital content. You'll be helping the team build up client’s brand identities, helping them connect with their audiences.
As a Junior Designer, you'll keep up to date with trends and new skills within the digital landscape. You'll have a strong understanding of the role Design plays in social media growth and how to best capitalise on this. With a good understanding of the impact a good logo, social post or web banner can have on audiences and customers.
You’ll also get to work on animation and video content for paid social, organic content, web assets and brand promos.
Requirements
A portfolio that shows off the amazing projects and creations you’ve worked on so far.
1 year of digital design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
Experience in following a brief, from branding through to social content, adhering to brand guidelines throughout.
Experience working with clients.
Expertise in design software.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Experience in working with internal teams through the planning, design, and development phases, to budget and within deadlines.
