Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
We are recruiting for an Industrial Architect or a Senior Technician to join a well-immersed Architectural practice that has a strong team of 70+ which is located in Manchester City Centre – making this office highly accessible by public transport!
This RIBA, ARB and CIAT accredited practice work across a variety of sectors, from retail, industrial, commercial, residential. However, as an Industrial Architect or Senior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting and fast-paced projects within the industrial, distribution and manufacturing sectors from inception to competition.
They are one of the region’s most active practices within the industrial sector with several key clients located in the North West. The ideal candidate will have key experience in the industrial sector, specifically on large-scale projects.
As an Architect or Senior Technician, you will be expected to obtain proven experience in designing and delivering small- and large-scale industrial projects, in addition, having experience in managing the workload of the relevant technical support. This Architectural practice is seeking an individual that has experience of client-facing experience and someone who has an understanding of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit.
The Role: Architect or Senior Architectural Technician
* Qualified Architect or equivalent construction qualification
* Self-motivated in order to achieve project deadlines
* Experience in client-facing
* Knowledge in designing and delivering small and large-scale industrial projects
* Solid confidence in liaising with clients and other business professionals
* Understanding and skills in Revit and AutoCAD are essential
* Familiarity with the UK building regulations is also essential
The salary for this position is £30K – £40K (DOE)
