Salary : £60000 – £75000/annum

Our client is a worldwide Family-run Fashion & Accessory brand based in Banbury and is looking to appoint a Head of Brand Marketing to join & lead their Creative team, You will be actively progressing projects from conceptual stages through to design delivery. The Head of Brand Marketing plays a vital role within the business, you are responsible for the development and delivery of brand marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness. Main responsibilities:

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the long-term brand marketing strategy
Champion the understanding of consumer behaviours and motivations to leverage growth, delivered through consumer-driven strategy and brand positioning
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing team on the development and production of seasonal plans, taking the lead on Brand Marketing initiatives and reporting
Oversee the annual brand marketing calendars
Kick off seasonal launches and brand marketing campaign plans, aligning with the wider marketing team on channel activations
Managing the organic social media team to build highly engaging strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
Accelerate follower growth and brand engagement in line with targets
Overseeing the creation of successful partnerships, from paid influencer campaigns and organic seeding, to integrated influencer campaigns.
Responsible for the performance of the external PR agency
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, Ecommerce team and Wholesale team to ensure campaigns run effectively across all channels, optimising the marketing mix and deliver monthly and annual brand revenue targets
Manage the Lead Brand Designer and collaborate with the Senior Digital Designers on marketing requirements, overseeing marketing design briefs, providing feedback on changes, and approving assets for use
Managing brand partnerships, including charity and sustainability initiatives, creating roadmaps for each project, and communicating with the wider business
Working closely with the Creative Director to manage brand content plans, own the brand's tone of voice, story, and visual identity
Overseeing marketing copy and design needs, providing guidance for brand marketing assets from ideation to creation, ensuring the right product mix and aesthetic for all marketing channels
Continually look for new marketing opportunities, ensuring that all marketing activity delivers commercial results and supports the global brand vision.
Support the Head of Marketing and Managing Director in setting the annual brand budget. Be accountable for all budgets within your department, monitor brand marketing spend to ensure that all marketing activity is in line with the approved budgets

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven success in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Ability to lead, inspire and develop teams
Experienced in building and delivering successful brand awareness campaigns
Up to date understanding of influencer marketing, with a clear idea of whom to work with and how to make it happen
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Creativity, with the ability to consistently align to the brand
The ability to work practically as well as theoretically
Ability to thrive in a dynamic evolving environment
Experience working in the fashion industry
Highly motivated, with a 'positive can do' attitude and a keen eye for detail.

Additional Information:

37.5 Hour working week
Hybrid Working 1 day in the office 4 days WFH
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
