Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £32000/annum
A multiple award-winning architectural practice with a nationally established residential client base have a position available for an architectural technician with 2-5 years post qualification experience.
A national client base has provided expansion opportunities for a talented individual experienced within the residential sector (Ideally planning through to construction drawings).
You will be working alongside an experienced team of professionals on a variety of residential commissions, from medium/high rise to large scale developer led projects with values ranging from £1 million – £40 million.
Essential requirements:
– AutoCAD software proficiency
– Previous experience working on UK based projects
– Ability to work well with others as well as on your own initiative
– CIAT accreditation/ membership
