In this role you will be trained on how to provide administration duties as well as learning how to process information into the Sage database.
General roles and responsibilities will be
* Inputting Purchase orders into Sage database
* Responding to incoming emails
* Dealing with customer queries
* Answering the telephone
* Filing Documents
* General office duties
Skills Required
* Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail
* Good organisational skills
* Able to speak confidently to customers
* Willing to learn new skills and build upon feedback
* Empathetic to customer needs
* Works well in a team
Qualifications Required
* GCSE Maths
* English
* ICT
A-C or equivalent are desirable
