Admin Assistant

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £20000 – £24000/annum

Working for a lovely and reputable family business based in Borehamwood, Herts, an exciting Admin related position has come up due to increased workload.

Your main duty will be to fully provide admin support to the business, by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies and monitoring administrative projects.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the sales team with all administrative duties

* Organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems

* Liasing with suppliers and placing orders

* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access etc

* Co-Ordinate deliveries from manufacturers

* Photocopying and printing various documents

* Answering the telephone

* Various adhoc duties

This is a small company family feel and you have to be comfortable with this working environment.

This is a Monday – Friday full time permanent position 9:00am – 5:00pm.
