Accounts Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Our client is a well-established independent firm of accountants with an excellent reputation in the local market. This is a fabulous opportunity for a recently/ newly qualified ACA/ACCA qualified accountant to join them in a supervisory role. Part time hours welcomed. The role is based in the Surrey office and the successful candidate will work closely with the wider business and the senior management team.
Key responsibilities
This Accounts Manager role will include managing your own portfolio and review the work of more junior staff to include the following:
* Review of statutory year-end accounts.
* UK financial reporting for limited companies, sole traders, and LLP's.
* Review the quality of more junior team members and also offer support to active studiers within the team.
Skills and Experience
* You will be an ACA or ACCA or equivalent Qualified Accountant or a late stage studier
* You will have experience of statutory accounts preparation gained in a Practice environment
* Good IT experience including Xero
* Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and supervising junior staff
Salary and Benefits
Salary of £35,000 – £45,000 plus an excellent range of benefits, including hyrbid working

This role is based in Leatherhead and is commutable from Kingston, Egham, Sunbury, Dorking, Reigate, Epsom, Leatherhead, Woking and surrounding areas.
