Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum + Excellent benefits

Our Daventry based client are looking to recruit a permanent Accounts Assistant in their new impressive HO. You will be joining a small but friendly team. In this role you will be able to draw on a mix of skills including purchase/sales ledger and credit control.
The role
* Processing supplier invoices (obtaining authorisation, coding, posting and filing)
* Preparing payment runs
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Credit control
* Updating cash books daily & reconciling at end of month.
* Produce bad debt provision
* Send weekly collections/disbursements and month end forecast.
* Assist with the year end audit
Skills and experience
* Minimum 3 year’s experience in an accounts department environment.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
* SAP experience (desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
