Salary : £11.50 – £12.50/hour
£26,000 plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and attractive benefits, including profit share and refer a friend schemes.
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate Accounts Assistant to join a team of 6, working together to provide an excellent service. Our finance team is at the heart of our operation. To be successful you will need to have demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload to meet deadlines. You will have an excellent appreciation of time management. You will be a team player with high accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.
Purchase and Sales ledger, credit control and other financial tasks. This is all done on our bespoke database reporting system which links with Sage 50.
We operate a slick financial process and as an expanding company so there will be plenty of opportunity to help implement new ideas as you grow into the team.
Skills and Experience
* Payroll processing
* AAT Level 2 or above
* Confident in handling questions and requests from outside the team
* Meticulous, proactive, and enthusiastic
* A keen eye for detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Sage 50 and 200 experience would be an advantage
