Diamond Search Recruitment are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their client, a reputable law firm.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Manager & Accounts Supervisor, the role will involve general accounts administration, purchase ledger and credit control duties.
Daily responsibilities to include:
* File opening and AML compliance
* Electronic ID Checks and the processing of related bills
* Processing purchase ledger invoices and reconciling supplier statements
* Archiving and closing matter files
* Storage, retrieval and logging of Deeds & Wills
* Credit Control statements, phone calls & letters
* Production of month end fee earner reports
* Other ad-hoc duties on request
Candidates:
* The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
* Full training will be given.
